Practicing gratitude has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety and even enhance resilience. Practicing gratitude daily can help you see more positives in your life.
Knowing, understanding and using your character strengths can help you feel more authentic, more energised and improve your overall wellbeing.
Practising mindfulness is similar to working your muscles when you do a workout, except we're building your 'Noticing Muscles'.
Being kind and empathetic, putting yourself in someone else's shoes has been shown to release oxytocin - the hormone inside us that relates to love, joy and happiness.
