Luke Harlen is a wellbeing trainer, speaker and coach helping teams build mental fitness across Australia.
Luke Harlen brings a unique blend of experience from professional sport and evidence-based wellbeing coaching. With qualifications in:
Luke spent four years as a wellbeing coach in a semi-professional sporting environment, supporting aspiring athletes aged 15 to 35. This work provided deep insights into what it really takes to build mental fitness - not just for performance, but for life.
Through that journey, one thing became clear:
Everyone should have access to the same mindset tools and support systems used by professional athletes - not just the few.
This belief led Luke to create a practical, high-impact wellbeing program that makes elite-level strategies available to anyone - no matter their background, fitness, or sporting ability.
“I’ve been lucky to learn from some of the best in the wellbeing space. These programs are my way of sharing what I’ve learned and giving back - so more people can build stronger wellbeing muscles and live better.”
THE WELLBEING TRAINER - “I believe it’s my responsibility to share what I’ve learned from professional sport and coaching - because mental fitness should be available to everyone, not just elite athletes.”
At The Wellbeing Trainer, we take the proven tools used by professional athletes and make them accessible to anyone who wants to grow, perform, and build lasting mental strength.
Our mission is simple: to help people take charge of their own wellbeing. That means more than just awareness - it means building real skills, strong habits, and daily practices that work.
Because the best way to improve your wellbeing isn’t just to talk about it - It’s to train it.
We run powerful, engaging wellbeing presentations that explore what wellbeing really is, why it matters, and how to build it - with immediate, research-backed strategies that anyone can start using that same day.
Our sessions equip workplaces, schools, and sporting clubs with practical tools to proactively improve mental health and resilience across their teams.
We focus on 8 core wellbeing habits, all grounded in science and performance psychology. Every strategy we teach is simple, actionable, and designed to strengthen mental fitness - just like training your body.

✅ Practical tools to support long-term impact
One in two Australians will experience poor mental health in their lifetime. And one in five will struggle with it in the next 12 months. Mental ill-health is now one of the leading causes of absenteeism, lost productivity, and disengagement in the workplace.
But here’s the good news: we can change that - if we act early.
Being proactive with your wellbeing is like training for sport: the stronger your mind, the better you perform in all areas of life. Whether it’s stress, relationships, work pressure, or energy levels - resilience starts with routine.
We’re not here for “tick-the-box” wellbeing.
We help people build mental fitness - habits, mindset and daily action that strengthen performance and prevent burnout.
Because mindset isn’t just personal… it’s professional.
